Our client seeks a Front-End Full Stack Engineer to build, test, deploy, and maintain customer-facing web applications that support institutional brokerage and investing functions. The role centers on Angular, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, and AWS in an Agile environment, contributing across UI and API layers. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional partners, apply modern engineering practices, and deliver scalable solutions for trading, reporting, and compliance.

Rate: $44.00 to $54.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain customer-facing web applications.
- Build scalable user interfaces with Angular and TypeScript.
- Develop and integrate APIs and web services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and deploy services to AWS.
- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute across the SDLC.
- Create clear technical design documentation and participate in design reviews.
- Coordinate functional and technical discussions with analysts and developers.
- Apply test automation and quality practices across UI and API layers.
- Support institutional brokerage capabilities including trading, reporting, and compliance features.
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency with Angular and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and UNIX.
- Experience designing and building modern user experiences and web service applications.
- Experience with REST, JSON, XML, and SOAP services.
- Experience with AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience as a multi-stack engineer with test automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of tools such as JUnit, Selenium, Cucumber, Serenity, and Karma.
- Familiarity with relational databases and scripting languages such as Ruby, Python, or shell.
- Exposure to BDD and business-driven development approaches.
- Ability to analyze problems, recommend solutions, and communicate clearly with partners.
- Ability to produce concise technical design documentation and drive outcomes.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- AWS experience or training (certification preferred).
