We are currently seeking an experienced professional to support procurement and contract management activities within the Oil & Gas industry.
Key Accountabilities
Coordinate all tendering, evaluation, and award processes for all projects.
Monitor subcontractors' work progress and evaluate their performance and commitment upon project completion.
Coordinate with other disciplines and subcontractors and participate in department and project progress meetings.
Obtain quotations from vendors, compile and evaluate quotations, negotiate terms, issue purchase orders, and expedite material deliveries from various vendors.
Maintain records of all reports, correspondence, communications, and documents related to procurement activities for the project.
Work closely with operations, finance, and sales departments to ensure efficient procurement processes.
Develop and implement procurement strategies and negotiate contracts and pricing.
Track procurement budgets and expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Qualification & Experiences
Possess a minimum Bachelor's Degree in any technical, science, or business discipline.
Candidate with at least 7 years of experience in procurement or contract management within the Oil and Gas industry.
Strong understanding of procurement processes, tendering, and contract administration.
Familiarity with vendor management, subcontracting, and commercial evaluation processes.
Good knowledge of project coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
Proficient in using procurement or ERP systems (e.g., SAP or equivalent will be an advantage).
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
