About The Role
Are you passionate about building high-quality software products using modern technologies? We’re looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our IT team!
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the full software development lifecycle – from planning and design to development and optimisation.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable applications and drive technical improvements across the business.

Core Responsibilities
Software Development & Architecture
Design and develop .NET applications, portals and system modules based on defined requirements.
Write functional and technical specifications, detail design documents (DDD) and application prototypes.
Collaborate with application owners to deliver well-structured data and interface designs.
Continuously evolve product features in alignment with the product roadmap.
Code Quality & Innovation
Drive innovation through modern web technologies including ASP.NET, MVC, C#, VB.NET and SQL Server.
Apply best practices in object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
Design and optimise SQL Server stored procedures for performance and scalability.
Contribute to building highly available, secure, and scalable enterprise systems.
Technical Leadership & Collaboration
Mentor junior developers and help champion new technologies across the team.
Engage in problem-solving with innovative approaches and continuous improvement mindsets.
Collaborate across distributed teams to meet development goals and ensure timely delivery.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Education / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in modern web and software development.
Proven ability to manage end-to-end delivery of software applications in cross-functional environments.
Knowledge and Skills
Skills & Technologies
Strong command of ASP.NET MVC, C#, VB.NET and Microsoft SQL Server.
Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and ideally Node.js and real-time database frameworks.
Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
Experience working with globally distributed teams and remote collaborators.
Exposure to BI tools or DevExpress is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with a proactive, solutions-driven attitude.
