Key Responsibilities

To prepare emplacement proposal which includes:
Conduct review and research on project before empanelment.
Market research / intelligent checks
Evaluation of developer’s profile
Conduct site visit to ensure project viability (if necessary).
Liaise with valuer pertaining to value checking and reports.
To liaise with the valuers on the market value & marketability factor for the properties.
To conduct bi-annual review for emplaced projects including site visit. Ad-hoc request on abandoned/revived projects.
To conduct mystery checking for emplaced projects on monthly basis/ as when requested.
To prepare simple reports i.e. EF utilization, Post Monitoring & Project Annual Review and etc on monthly basis.
To do Tracking on the below items:
To maintain the Tracking Sheet (ensuring that all projects are recorded and within allowable TAT).
To prepare necessary documents / memo in order to facilitate the maintenance to into the bank's system.
To maintain / update / uplift properties in negative listing.
To ensure the booking is within the approved limit.
To review the bank’s EF projects/negative listing as when needed.
To process & validate invoices and other admin related matters.
To work closely with the vendor on the development of the RLOS system.
To ensure Bank and regulatory policies and guidelines are being implemented and adhered to at all times.
