The Prasarana Young Talent Programme is a 24-month management trainee programme designed to equip high-potential young talents with the skills and values needed to become future leaders in nation-building.
It combines structured learning, hands-on experience, and cross-functional exposure across key business areas to accelerate professional growth and leadership development.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (First Class / CGPA 3.75 and above)
- Fresh graduate or less than 2 years’ experience
- Leadership experience in university or group activities
- Good communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Motivated, adaptable, and keen to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
