Objective
To take full ownership of system architecture, delivery control, and product stability, ensuring EmploySmart™ evolves into a scalable, compliant, enterprise-grade platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Architecture - Design and maintain system architecture (ERD, workflows, modules).
- Product Ownership - Translate business requirements into structured technical design.
- Scope Control - Break ork into clearly defined tasks and prevent scope creep.
- Delivery Control - Manage developers (internal + external).
- Validation - Define pass/fail criteria and enforce Fix → Test → Close.
- Governance - Ensure SLA, audit, and compliance alignment.
- Refactoring - Lead system redesign and modularization.
Required Skills
- Backend/system architecture.
- Experience: 6–10+ years.
- Expertise: Laravel / PHP (or similar frameworks), Database design (MySQL/PostgreSQL), API architecture.
- Other Experience: SaaS platforms, workflow systems, data-heavy applications, audit/compliance systems, multi-tenant platforms.
