What The Role Will Look Like
- Manage day‑to‑day office administration, facilities, inventory, and security access.
- Liaise with building management, local authorities, vendors, and contractors.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and service providers; support contract renewals.
- Arrange office logistics and support internal/external visitors.
- Manage parking access and provide general administrative support.
- Undertake ad‑hoc operational or administrative tasks as required.
Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
- 3–5 years’ experience in office administration, facilities, or a similar role.
- Experience managing vendors and service providers, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong organisational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of office operations and facilities management.
- Proactive, reliable, and service‑oriented with strong ownership.
- Able to work independently.
- Good communication skills.
