Job Ttitle: Quality Manager
Under The Direction Of Executive Management, The Quality Manager
- Supervises, oversees and/or guides activities of inspection personnel and ensures all inspections are compliant with quality system objectives and customer requirements
- Collects and analyzes quality information, develops reports and action plans for Executive Management Review
- Liaisons with Engineering, Manufacturing and Purchasing to create quality plans, monitor suppliers, control processes and ensure order fulfillment
- Defines and implements internal quality procedures
- Monitors corrective and preventive action timelines and verifies effectiveness
- Performs inspections and audits as directed
- Conducts analysis and dispositions on product returns
Requirements
- Cable assembly background with a minimum of 5 years Quality Management experience
- Other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the company
- Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience
- BS in related field
- Thorough knowledge of quality system requirements and international quality system standards, including ISO 9001:2015
- Knowledge of IPC 620
- Experience in preparing First Article Inspections (FAI) Report
- Experience in preparing Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA/8D) Report
- Knowledge of RoHS, REACH, and other environmental compliance requirements
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Handle OSHA requirements
- Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in the use of PC, business and technical software
- Formal experience in training and auditing

Pay: $93,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
