Job Description

Lead end-to-end merchant onboarding, ensuring compliance and timely execution.
Serve as the go-to SME for merchant operations, guiding internal teams and resolving escalations.
Manage chargeback disputes, preparing responses and collaborating with stakeholders to minimize losses.
Maintain accurate reporting, document processes, and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
Handle ad-hoc tasks as required by the business.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
1–3 years’ experience in merchant onboarding, account management, operations management, payments or fintech.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Solid knowledge of merchant operations, onboarding, and payment workflows.
Familiarity with chargeback mechanisms and dispute resolution.
Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables); SQL and Power Query a plus.
Understanding of payment channels and Merchant Discount Rate (MDR).
Energetic, meticulous, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Self-learning, resourceful, and able to work independently.
