About Alumnify

Alumnify is a fast-growing UK start-up changing how universities recruit international students. We work with recent graduates, our Alumnifiers, who give prospective students authentic peer-to-peer guidance about studying in the UK. The result: better-informed students, stronger enrolment outcomes for universities, and meaningful opportunities for graduates to give back.

We've been shortlisted for International Recruitment Organisation of the Year at the PIEoneer Awards 2026, and we're partnering with a growing portfolio of UK universities, including Russell Group institutions.

About the role

We're hiring a Junior Operations & Delivery Manager to keep our delivery engine running smoothly across our core markets in Latin America, Sub-Saharan Africa, Europe and Asia.

You'll play a hands-on role in two areas that directly impact university enrolment outcomes:

  1. Conversion calling and messaging campaigns ("nurture" campaigns), where Alumnifiers reach out to offer-holders to answer questions and help them make confident decisions about studying in the UK
  2. In-country activity logistics, including school talks, exhibitions, fairs and agent events

You'll also support broader operational and strategic projects as Alumnify scales.

This is a remote role reporting to our Operations & Delivery Manager, with daily collaboration across a small, international team.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery of nurture campaigns: briefing Alumnifiers, tracking progress, ensuring quality and reporting outcomes to clients
  • Manage logistics for in-country events: liaising with universities, briefing Alumnifiers, sorting travel and materials, capturing post-event data
  • Maintain operational systems in Airtable, Softr, Notion and Jotform so the team always has accurate, real-time visibility on delivery
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new Alumnifiers in priority markets
  • Spot process gaps and propose improvements as we scale
  • Contribute to client reporting and account delivery alongside the Ops & Delivery Manager

What we're looking for

Essentials

  • Degree from a UK university (or another English-speaking country), or experience working in higher education
  • 2+ years in operations, project coordination, account delivery or a comparable role
  • Strong written and spoken business English
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Digitally confident: comfortable picking up new tools quickly. We primarily use Microsoft, Airtable, Softr, Notion, Claude (upskilling available)
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
  • Available during some UK core hours (ideally 09:00–12:00 GMT) and occasional weekends
  • Based in Asia, ideally Malaysia or Vietnam

Nice to have

  • Additional languages relevant to our core markets
  • Experience working with remote contractors or freelancers
  • Background in international education or student recruitment
  • Experience supporting calling campaigns, telephone outreach or contact centre operations
  • Experience supporting in-person or virtual events, outreach campaigns or field staff

What we offer

  • Competitive salary based on experience and location
  • A chance to grow with a fast-growing, impact-led company recognised by the PIEoneer Awards
  • Meaningful work that supports students and alumni globally
  • Remote-first culture with a supportive, collaborative international team
  • Clear progression path as we scale
  • Potential opportunities for international travel
  • Investment in your development as part of a small, ambitious team
