About the Role:
WorldAssist is a newly launched IT consulting startup on a mission to build cutting-edge solutions for our global clients. We are looking for a high-impact Full Stack AI Engineer based in Latin America to join us at the ground floor. You will bridge the gap between robust software architecture and intelligent AI/ML models, helping us deliver scalable, AI-driven products.
What You'll Do:
- Design and develop end-to-end applications, from responsive front-end interfaces to scalable back-end services.
- Integrate AI/ML models into production environments, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Collaborate directly with the founding team to architect technical solutions for diverse consulting projects.
- Optimize data pipelines and ensure seamless communication between the stack and the AI layer.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Education: B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Full Stack Mastery: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development (e.g., React/Vue, Node.js/Python/Go).
- AI/ML Expertise: At least 1–2 years of proven experience building or deploying AI/ML models (LLMs, NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics).
- Location: Must be based in Latin America.
- Language: Professional proficiency in English (for client communication).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and AI frameworks (LangChain, PyTorch, or TensorFlow).
- Startup mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced delivery.
