We're hiring a Technical Developer
Convx is the conversion and web development arm of the Z21 group - one of the few CRO-specialist agencies in APAC. We build and optimise stores and websites for high-growth brands, and we sit at the intersection of data, design, and development. Our work is measured by conversion outcomes, not deliverable counts.
We're looking for a developer who builds, not just maintains.
What you'll do
- Develop and customise websites across Shopify Plus, WordPress, Webflow, and custom deployments - platform depends on the client brief.
- Integrate third-party apps and services - payment gateways, inventory systems, CDPs, and whatever else the brief requires.
- Work directly with CRO specialists and UI/UX designers to implement changes that move metrics, not just pixels.
- Own performance - speed, responsiveness, SEO fundamentals - as part of the brief, not an afterthought.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across live client properties where the stakes are real.
What we're looking for
- Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
- Comfortable working across platforms rather than owning just one.
- Shopify Liquid experience is a plus given the volume of Shopify work we do.
- Bonus if you have exposure to CRO or UX principles - you'll be working closely with that team.
- Demonstrated competence matters more than years on a CV.
