Execute and support HR Administrative governance frameworks, policies, and procedures, ensuring consistent application across functions.
Maintain, update, and control governance documentation, including version control and centralized repositories.
Conduct internal reviews and self-assessments to ensure compliance with governance standards, internal controls, and policies.
Collect, validate, and analyse KPI and performance data for HR administrative services, translating data into actionable insights.
Develop and maintain performance dashboards, reports, and management updates for senior stakeholders.
Support compliance, audit, and risk management activities, including preparation of audit documentation and tracking of follow-up actions.
Participate in process mapping, gap analysis, and process improvement initiatives, including automation and efficiency enhancements.
Coordinate and monitor administrative projects or workstreams, tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Prepare accurate, timely, and standardized reports and presentations related to governance, performance, and compliance.
Engage internal stakeholders as a point of contact for governance-related matters, providing support, gathering feedback, and contributing to service improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or any related discipline.
1 to 4 years of relevant experience in HR administration, governance, operations, compliance, or corporate support functions.
Strong data handling and analytical skills, including KPI tracking and performance reporting.
