About The Role
Job Summary
The Testing Engineer is responsible for supporting the development and optimization of manufacturing processes. This role applies practical engineering knowledge to improve efficiency, quality, and safety in production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes.
- Support the development of new processes and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
- Document process changes and maintain technical records.
Qualifications
- Typically a University degree and at least 3–4 years of relevant experience (or equivalent skills) are minimally required to carry out the role.
- Strong understanding of process engineering principles.
- Experience with process simulation and analysis tools.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
