This role is perfect for fresh graduates or junior talents who want hands-on exposure in the world of digital marketing, social media content, and video production.
What You'll Be Crafting
- Edit and produce approximately 8–10 short-form videos daily for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other social media channels.
- Edit short videos for social media posting with engaging visuals and fast-paced storytelling.
- Transform raw footage, images, and creative ideas into engaging, scroll-stopping content.
- Add subtitles, sound effects, music, transitions, and simple motion elements to enhance video quality and engagement.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for trending content and campaigns.
- Leverage creative tools such as CapCut and explore AI-based tools to enhance and streamline production workflows.
- Stay ahead of digital trends and platform dynamics, ensuring all content remains fresh, timely, and high-performing.
- Explore and learn AI-powered creative tools to improve editing speed and workflow efficiency (training provided).
Your Superpowers
- Fresh graduates and junior candidates (1–2 years of experience) are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar editing software.
- Passion for social media, short-form videos, and digital content creation.
- Creative mindset with a good sense of pacing, visuals, and storytelling.
- Willingness to learn, take feedback positively, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and English.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work well within a collaborative team.
