The base salary will be $62,480 - $89,040 per annum. Starting salary will be aligned with the successful candidate’s experience, skills, and demonstrated qualifications.

About Us
The Communications and Marketing team within the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry protects, promotes, and enhances the reputation of the School locally, nationally, and internationally. This is achieved through strategic communications planning; the development, production, and management of digital and print publications; social media and e-communications; marketing and branding initiatives; media relations; and audience engagement across the School and University.
Responsibilities
The Web Developer (Web Experience Associate) plays a key role in advancing Schulich Medicine & Dentistry’s Phase 2 web revitalization program by designing, building, and maintaining accessible, high-quality web experiences across the School’s digital ecosystem. Focused on front-end development and Cascade CMS implementation, the role provides the technical expertise required to migrate, optimize, and sustain approximately 100 departmental and program sites while ensuring strong user experience, accessibility compliance, and institutional web standards. Working collaboratively with Communications & Marketing colleagues, the role helps translate strategic and content goals into effective, user-centred digital solutions.
