Seeking a CMP Engineer to improve wafer fabrication processes in a high-volume semiconductor environment.
Responsibilities include developing process improvements, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, optimizing costs, qualifying new equipment/materials, monitoring quality, analyzing cycle times, and collaborating with manufacturing teams.
Minimum requirements: Bachelor's in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field; 2+ years semiconductor experience, preferably with CMP or Au Plate tools; ability to work on-site in a cleanroom.
Preferred skills: technical leadership, project management, adaptability, self-motivation, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
