Web Developer

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in web development technologies and a proven track record of building responsive, user-friendly websites and web applications. You'll collaborate with our cross-functional team to develop and maintain our clients' online presence with a focus on performance, functionality, and user experience.

This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be able to work within the Eastern Time Zone and be comfortable managing communication, deadlines, and client relationships in a remote environment.

• Develop and maintain websites and web applications across client accounts.
• Collaborate with designers to translate mockups and wireframes into functional, visually polished user interfaces.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and accessibility — ensuring compatibility across browsers and devices.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Work closely with designers, strategists, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.
• Stay current with web development trends and contribute to adopting better tools and practices across the team.

• Studies in computer science, web development, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a web developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing real projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with WordPress, including Divi and Elementor builders.
• Experience collaborating with SEO teams and implementing their recommendations from a development standpoint.
• Strong problem-solving skills — able to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions independently.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and interact with stakeholders at any level.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work that meets or exceeds expectations.

• Experience with Shopify.
• Experience working with remote teams across different time zones.
• Familiarity with AI tools for improving development workflows and productivity.
