We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our HR & Administration team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participating in HR process improvement initiatives and propose solutions for efficiency or compliance.
  • Conducting preliminary research on aviation industry talent trends in Malaysia.
  • Help coordinate and attend career fairs.
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
  • Gather feedback and participate in surveys to improve workplace culture.
  • Coordinating interview arrangements and communicating with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Supporting pre-onboarding processes, including preparing onboarding materials, Pre-Employment Medical Check-ups and liaising with panel clinics for appointments.
  • Welcoming visitors and maintaining the visitor registration record.
  • Creating HR-related awareness campaigns and maintaining the HR bulletin board.
  • Updating the vendor list and inventory stock count from time to time.
  • Assist in other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Working Experience Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources and/or Psychology.
  • Internship duration: Minimum 6 months.
  • Strong interest in HR.
  • Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with Management.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Power BI.
  • Creative skills in Canva would be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of the Employment Act 1955 would be an added advantage.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and operational environment.
