About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced generative AI solutions that leverage the latest in artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, cloud-native applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), utilizing state-of-the-art tools such as Vertex AI and Gemini models. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python development, experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and expertise in agent orchestration frameworks like Agent Builder and LangChain. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI initiatives that have a significant impact on our clients' digital transformation journeys.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 15 years of full-time education, with a focus on computer science, engineering, or related fields.
- 4-8 years of professional experience in AI/ML development, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming, with experience in developing complex AI models and pipelines.
- Hands-on experience working with Google Cloud Platform, especially Vertex AI and Gemini models.
- Experience building and deploying retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines on GCP.
- Knowledge of agent orchestration frameworks such as Agent Builder and LangChain.
- Familiarity with vector search techniques and embedding methodologies.
- Experience with cloud-native development practices, including containerization, CI/CD, and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement generative AI solutions utilizing Vertex AI, Gemini models, and other GCP services.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines to enhance data retrieval and generation capabilities.
- Implement agent orchestration frameworks to automate and manage complex AI workflows.
- Develop and maintain vector search and embedding techniques to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and compliance of AI applications on cloud infrastructure.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and documentation to maintain high-quality standards.
