Huraian Kerja:

• Memasukkan Nota Penerimaan Barangan (GRN) setiap hari ke dalam sistem, menyemak kuantiti dan spesifikasi barang yang dihantar serta kos yang dikenakan oleh pembekal.
• Melaksanakan operasi pembelian harian, memadankan Pesanan Penghantaran dengan Pesanan Pembelian dan Invois.
• Imbas D/O & Invois ke dalam sistem.
• Semak penyata akaun bulanan dan sediakan penyata penyelarasan pembekal bulanan.
• Berkomunikasi dengan pembekal mengenai isu pembayaran/invois.
• Berkoordinasi dengan pasukan tapak untuk memastikan semua pesanan penghantaran direkodkan dengan betul.
• Memfailkan dan menyelenggara rekod pembelian, sebut harga, maklumat pembekal dan dokumen berkaitan yang lain dengan betul.
• Memantau penghantaran pembekal, membuat susulan dan mempercepatkan penghantaran dengan pembekal mengikut jadual.

General Summary:

We are seeking a capable and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to support the full spectrum of accounting functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial reporting and compliance matters.

Candidates with prior experience in a manufacturing environment will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.
