Responsibility :

1) Supporting and Assisting the Sales and Marketing Assistant Manager in carrying out sales processing

A. Sales Support

2) Liaising with the Quality Assurance section on the customer artwork labelling requirement.

3) Liaising with the Quality Control section on the customer product quality and complaints (if required).

4) Liaising with the Regulatory Compliance section on customer product regulatory and registration

requirements.

5) Liaising with the outsourcing manufacturer on the customer's order's goods-ready date and request

Tanggungjawab:

• Kenal pasti dan hubungi bakal pelanggan dalam industri acara dan pameran.

• Membina dan mengekalkan hubungan dengan pelanggan baharu dan sedia ada untuk menyokong perniagaan berulang.
• Menyediakan cadangan jualan, sebut harga dan pembentangan asas berdasarkan keperluan pelanggan.
• Menindaklanjuti pertanyaan, petunjuk dan cadangan untuk menyokong penutupan perjanjian.
• Membantu dalam merundingkan terma-terma komersial di bawah bimbingan pihak pengurusan.
• Mengekalkan dan mengemas kini rekod jualan, pangkalan data pelanggan dan alat penjejakan bakal pelanggan.
• Menyelaras secara dalaman untuk memastikan penyerahan yang lancar daripada jualan kepada persediaan selepas penutupan perjanjian.
• Jejaki aktiviti jualan, status saluran paip dan laporan prestasi asas.
• Mewakili syarikat di pameran, acara dan mesyuarat pelanggan apabila diperlukan.
• Menyokong aktiviti pemasaran asas seperti kemas kini media sosial, penyelarasan portfolio dan kempen jangkauan.

Kelayakan:

• Graduan baru dialu-alukan untuk memohon.
• Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam Pemasaran, Perniagaan atau bidang berkaitan.
• Pengalaman terbukti (2+ tahun) dalam jualan dan pemasaran, khususnya dalam pasaran acara dan pameran.
• Pengetahuan mendalam tentang industri acara dan pameran, termasuk trend pasaran, pemain utama dan peluang baru muncul.
• Kemahiran komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik, dengan keupayaan untuk membina hubungan baik dengan pelanggan dan rakan sekerja.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and executing daily payment operation (local and international transfers).
• Ensure all payment instructions are properly approved and supported with documentation.
• Maintain proper and accurate records of payment transactions.
• Support reconciliation of bank statements against internal records.
• Monitor payment schedules and ensure timely disbursement.
• Assist in the submission of periodic or ad-hoc reports and related data analysis as and when required by Management.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
• Must be able to commit for a minimum of 3 months.

• Merancang dan memantau operasi rantaian bekalan.

Job Scope & Responsibilities

• Produce creative 2D and 3D design concepts based on client requirements for exhibitions, roadshows, events, retail environments, construction, and interior design projects.

• Interpret client briefs and translate their requirements into clear, well-developed design drafts and proposals.

• Present design concepts through impactful and visually compelling illustrations to effectively communicate ideas to stakeholders and audiences.

• Utilize 3D modelling, texturing, mapping, and rendering techniques to create high-quality graphics, visual effects, and animations.

• Analyze project requirements and contribute innovative and practical design ideas during the conceptual development stage.

• Receive and incorporate feedback from directors, project leads, designers, and clients, making revisions to improve and finalize design outputs.

• Prepare detailed technical drawings and documentation as required, and manage design development from concept to completion when necessary.

• Support the production team in on-site inspections, event setups, or physical installations as needed.

• Troubleshoot design and production issues that may arise throughout the project lifecycle to ensure smooth execution and delivery.

• Ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines, safety standards, and relevant industry regulations.

• Ensure timely completion of design deliverables in accordance with project schedules and deadlines

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, 3D Design, or a related creative field
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in 3D design, preferably within the events or experiential design industry.
• Mandarin speaking required to deal with clients.

Vendor & Supplier Management

• Conduct due diligence and research on existing and potential vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
• Evaluate and compare quotations and offers to secure the most competitive pricing and terms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure efficient and cost-effective sourcing solutions.

Procurement & Cost Control

• Manage the procurement process from requisition to payment, ensuring orders meet project specifications and deadlines.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and payment processes.
• Track purchased products and services, ensuring all transactions are documented and reconciled.
• Generate and present detailed purchasing reports with actionable recommendations to management.

Operational Efficiency

• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to understand material requirements.
• Ensure all procurement activities align with company policies and project budgets.
