The individual is responsible for managing daily PN & JO freight billing operations, including resolving billing exceptions and disputes with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Essential Duties & Responsibilities  

• Responsible for the verification of the billing invoices from the PN & JO Logistics Service Providers.
• Ensure the accuracy of the freight invoice billing and submit for payment processing with the Finance department.
• Perform auditing and handle exceptions or disputes with relevant suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support establishing and monitoring WD freight billing processes with external suppliers and the internal accounts payable team.
• Perform correct reporting and timely submission to the management and Finance department.

• Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues across the platform: frontend, backend, APIs, marketplace integrations, and data pipelines.

Qualifications
