Role Overview

The Bid Manager manages end-to-end RFx and tender processes for qualified opportunities. You will ensure submissions are compliant, compelling, commercially, and executed. Key Responsibilities

Bid Management & Coordination

• Lead and coordinate the full bid lifecycle across teams (Sales, Pre-Sales, Consultancy, Pricing, Legal, and Commercial).
• Ensure all submissions align with brand, governance, and commercial standards.
• Implement best practices to improve bid quality, efficiency, and outcomes.

AI & Content Optimisation

• Champion the use of internal AI tools to enhance response quality and turnaround time.
• Curate and maintain a reusable content library, including standard responses, case studies, and product narratives.
• Support team members in applying AI responsibly, ensuring human oversight and commercial judgment.
• Enhance templates, workflows, and governance frameworks.

Bid Tracking and Insights

We are looking for a Bids & Tenders Administrator to support a range of tender-related administrative activities across Australia and New Zealand. Role Overview

The Bids & Tenders Administrator coordinates administrative processes associated with tenders, vendor due diligence, information security questionnaires, and government panel participation. You will work with team members to ensure all submissions are accurate, complete, and delivered within agreed timelines. It also contributes to process improvement and the standardisation of recurring activities.

Main Responsibilities

Tender & Questionnaire Coordination

• Coordinate incoming client information security questionnaires (ad hoc and recurring), ensuring completion through engagement with relevant team members.
• Administer vendor and due diligence questionnaires, supporting requests for corporate, operational, and compliance-related information.
• Track deadlines and ensure all submissions meet required standards for accuracy and completeness.

Government Panel Administration

• Support administrative activities related to government panel participation, including document preparation, submissions, and ongoing compliance reporting.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of panel requirements and documentation.
• Partner with the ANZ Government Industry Sales Lead and commercial teams to ensure panel obligations are met.

Process Improvement & Governance

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, including standardising responses and streamlining recurring administrative workflows.

What you’ll be doing

Functional Responsibilities

1. Managing vulnerability governance for all applications in Global Corporate Systems & Services (EDW).
   • Managing security vulnerability management for all application towers under EDW (ERP, BI, Billing, and HPTools). Remediation and fix deployment on application level should cater to individual application risk assessment.
   • Joins a bi-weekly call with each application tower, discussing respective tower's vulnerability status as overall. Using that meeting platform to address remediation area to prioritize.
   • Generating vulnerability report from Panaseer Vulnerability Management and MARS DB in identifying non-conformance (finding over-due SLA) for remediation prioritization. Bi-weekly sprint data needs to be populated in centralized listing in performing remediation through sprint-by-sprint flow.
   • Identifying and reporting false-positive findings to Threat and Vulnerability. Require evidence acquisition and engagement with relevant team (eg:vendor) in clarification of the issue.
2. Security Risk issue Governance
   • Ensuring risk issues for all towers are being addressed in timely manner and due process with Archer GRC application.
   • Coordinating risk issue remediation completion, ensuring to deliver by due date assigned.
3. Monthly OS patching management for hosts reside under EDW tower ensuring schedule patches deliver as requested.
   • Ensuring monthly OS patching schedule shared to owners for review and updated to the latest and reflecting the current patching time requested by servers and/or application owner.
   • Following up with failed OS patching incident through incident ticket and ensuring that they are addressed by DSG team.
   • Vulnerability fixes associated with OS patching that were not deployed would be addressed in an ad hoc patch schedule. Engagement with server team and maintenance team requires in doing so the deployment of fix would be within the SLA of detected vulnerability.

Internal Relationship Management
