Key Responsibilities

Sinoma-ec ialah penyedia perkhidmatan bersepadu terkemuka di dunia untuk penggunaan haba dan tekanan sisa serta pemuliharaan tenaga dan perlindungan alam sekitar. Pusat Sokongan Teknikal Selepas Jualan (ASEAN) Sinoma-ec berdedikasi untuk menyediakan pelanggan di loji janakuasa haba sisa perindustrian dan barisan pengeluaran simen dengan pelbagai alat ganti (seperti turbin stim, dandang, penjana, dll.), naik taraf projek, baik pulih profesional dan perkhidmatan penyelenggaraan. Bagi menyokong perkembangan pesat pasaran ASEAN, kami kini sedang merekrut pakar jualan dan berharap anda dapat menyertai kami!

Tanggungjawab Kerja:

• Sokongan pertanyaan dan sebut harga pra-jualan: Bekerjasama dengan pengurus pasaran pusat perkhidmatan selepas jualan, yang bertanggungjawab untuk menerima dan menilai keperluan pelanggan; menjalankan pertanyaan dalaman yang tepat dan pengiraan kos untuk alat ganti, perkhidmatan pembaikan dan penyelenggaraan untuk pelbagai loji janakuasa haba sisa dan tanur simen, serta menyediakan sebut harga perniagaan dengan cekap dan profesional.
• Pengurusan kitaran hayat pesanan: Mengambil tanggungjawab sepenuhnya untuk menjejaki keseluruhan proses pesanan daripada "pertanyaan-sebut harga-penghantaran-pembayaran"; mengedit, mendaftar, mengemas kini dan mengarkibkan semua dokumen dan bahan pesanan dengan teliti bagi memastikan proses perniagaan gelung tertutup.
• Penyelenggaraan dan lawatan perhubungan pelanggan: Seperti yang diperlukan untuk operasi perniagaan, dapat melakukan perjalanan untuk melawat pemilik projek di rantau ini, mengekalkan hubungan pelanggan yang baik, dan secara aktif mengenal pasti dan memberi respons kepada keperluan perkhidmatan selepas jualan dan perolehan alat ganti pelanggan.
• Penyelarasan Ibu Pejabat-Cawangan dan Pengurusan Data: Bertanggungjawab untuk pertukaran dokumen perniagaan, terjemahan dokumen, penyuntingan dan pelaporan antara ibu pejabat Sinoma Energy Conservation China dan anak syarikatnya di Malaysia serta pusat perkhidmatan selepas jualan, bagi memastikan pertukaran maklumat yang lancar antara kedua-dua lokasi.
• Operasi Harian Pusat Servis: Membantu mengendalikan pelbagai operasi harian dan kerja sokongan pentadbiran dalam pusat servis selepas jualan.

Keperluan pekerjaan:

• Keperluan pendidikan: Ijazah Sarjana Muda dari universiti sepenuh masa (syarat wajib), dengan keutamaan diberikan kepada calon yang mempunyai latar belakang dalam kejuruteraan, kejuruteraan mekanikal, perniagaan atau bidang berkaitan.
• Kemahiran Bahasa: Fasih berbahasa Cina, Inggeris dan Melayu, dengan kemahiran mendengar, bertutur, membaca dan menulis yang fasih, serta mampu menggunakan bahasa-bahasa ini dalam rundingan perniagaan harian dan komunikasi dengan ibu pejabat di China.
• Keperluan latar belakang: Lelaki, berlatar belakang Cina diutamakan.
• Identiti budaya: Mencintai China, mempunyai minat dan pengenalpastian yang mendalam terhadap orang Cina dan budaya korporat Cina, dan boleh berintegrasi dengan cepat ke dalam persekitaran kerja perusahaan yang dibiayai oleh China.

• Struktur gaji: Gaji tetap bulanan sebanyak RM4,000.

• Perlindungan berkanun: Menyediakan faedah undang-undang di Malaysia, termasuk caruman kepada Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja (KWSP), Keselamatan Sosial (PERKESO) dan Insurans Pekerjaan (EIS).
• Faedah Perubatan dan Percutian: Nikmati faedah pembayaran balik perubatan/insurans yang disediakan oleh syarikat, cuti tahunan bergaji dan semua cuti umum berkanun.

1. Prospektif untuk pelanggan baharu dan membina saluran jualan prospek

• Ijazah dalam Sains Makanan, Teknologi Makanan, Kimia atau disiplin teknikal yang berkaitan

• Untuk menyelia operasi harian makmal QA.
• Untuk memastikan semua urusan dan ujian QC dijalankan mengikut arahan kerja yang diterangkan
• Untuk mengesahkan semua rekod ujian QC.
• Untuk membantu Pengurus QA menyiasat punca ketidakpatuhan dalam bahan yang masuk, produk dalam proses dan produk siap.
• Untuk membantu Pengurus QA menyiasat aduan pengguna.
• Membantu Pengurus QA menjalankan kerja-kerja penyelidikan dan pembangunan.
• Memastikan peralatan makmal dikalibrasi mengikut jadual kalibrasi.
• Untuk membantu Pengurus QA menilai kesesuaian sampel bahan mentah dan pembungkusan daripada pembekal.
• Melaporkan sebarang ketidakpatuhan dalam produk masuk, produk dalam proses dan produk siap kepada Pengurus QA.
• Untuk menyertai program audit kualiti dan keselamatan makanan dalaman.
• Kekal mengikuti peraturan industri dan piawaian kualiti terkini
• Sebarang tugasan lain yang diberikan dari semasa ke semasa oleh Pengurus QA.
