• Insurance Programme Management: Partner with business teams to identify insurable risks and ensure appropriate insurance coverage is maintained. • Claims & Policy Knowledge: Strong understanding of insurance policies, claims processes, and stakeholder management across insurers, brokers, and internal teams.
• Business Partnering Skills: Able to work effectively across functions and communicate insurance concepts clearly to non-specialists.

The role

We are looking for someone who sits at the intersection of marketplace and customer operations, ensuring smooth and accurate order processing across TikTok Shop and the LB e-commerce channel. You will manage cancellations, returns, refunds, and inventory accuracy while maintaining precise SAP documentation. A key focus is safeguarding the company through proper handling of payment disputes and timely customer notifications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Accounts and Customer Service, to keep operations running seamlessly. You may also support automation and integration projects through UAT, giving you the chance to deepen your knowledge of system processes.

Main responsibilities :

Marketplace Operations (TikTok Shop, SG)

• Monitor order integrations to ensure daily orders flow accurately into WMS and SAP.
• Process order cancellations, including issuing refunds via TikTok and completing the required SAP documentation.
• Manage TikTok returns, including issuing refunds via TikTok and completing the required SAP documentation.
• Maintain TikTok inventory accuracy to prevent out-of-stock situations.

Customer Operations (HQ)

• Manage refunds and returns for the LB e-commerce channel, ensuring customer refunds are processed accurately and on time. Maintain SAP documentation so all refunds are correctly accounted for, working closely with the Accounts team.
• Create replacement orders in the system upon request from the Customer Service team.
• Manage credit card payment disputes, safeguarding the company against losses and closing any gaps in the process.
• Handle customer notifications for out-of-stock orders, ensuring refunds are processed in Magento and SAP documentation is completed promptly.

Projects & Development

• You may be involved in automation and integration projects to support UAT, offering the opportunity to deepen your understanding of system processes.

Support for other Business Operations tasks 

• You will be expected to do some covering for team members within the Business Operations team when members are on leave. You will be able to learn more about other aspects of our function!

• Scenario Modelling: Design and maintain complex What-If scenario models to evaluate the financial impact of network changes, fuel price fluctuations, and last-mile partner shifts on the eCommerce P&L.

2. Advanced Margin & Profitability Analytics

• Granular Visibility: Architect and maintain dashboards providing granular Lane, Customer, and Product-level margin visibility, with accountability for identifying margin leaks such as unprofitable routes or high-churn accounts.
• Unit Economics: Conduct deep-dive analysis on key eCommerce unit economics including Cost per Bundle (CPB), Contribution Margin per KG, and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) versus Lifetime Value (LTV).
• Variance Narrative: Lead monthly Price-Volume-Mix variance analysis, moving beyond reporting the numbers to diagnosing the root causes of performance gaps and presenting a clear commercial narrative.

3. Dynamic Forecasting & Financial Planning

• Forecast Ownership: Own the bottom-up rolling forecast for the eCommerce vertical, maintaining a variance threshold of within ±10% through rigorous alignment with Sales and Operations stakeholders.
• Annual Budgeting: Contribute to the annual budgeting cycle by translating commercial targets into achievable financial milestones and quantifying the operational investments required to deliver them.
• Cash Flow; Balance Sheet Sync: Ensure that eCommerce growth projections are fully integrated with working capital requirements, maintaining tight alignment between the P&L forecast and balance sheet health.

4. Operational Excellence & Systems

• FP&A System Implementation: Act as the eCommerce subject matter expert during the deployment of the new FP&A system, ensuring the platform is configured to capture the unique nuances of eCommerce logistics data.
• Process Automation: Proactively identify and eliminate manual reporting bottlenecks by leveraging tools such as SQL, Power BI, or FP&A software, building toward a self-service reporting culture across

This role is responsible for executing day-to-day financial routines, maintaining visibility on cost performance, minimizing cost leakages, improving P&L predictability, and ensuring robust governance to support informed commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Cost Management & Analysis
• Execute the standardized processes for capturing and analyzing operational costs, including fuel, handling, navigation, leasing, chartering, and interline costs.
• Conduct regular variance analysis to identify cost leakages, inefficiencies, and opportunities for margin improvement.
• Maintaining full cost and P&L mapping for both Freighter operations and the Third-Party (3P) business.
• Evaluate cost structures and margin performance of 3P and Freighter operations to support commercial reviews.
• Coordinate with Sales, Network Planning, Revenue Management, and Operations to align pricing strategies with commercial objectives.
• Analyze market trends and internal data to identify cost-saving opportunities and risks.
• Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting
• Assist in the preparation of Freighter and 3P forecasting to feed into the broader Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes.
• Maintain dashboards and templates for tracking costs and analyzing budget-to-actual variance.
• Ensure clear and consistent cost reporting is available for the Freighter and 3P business lines to drive accurate cost ingestion for cargo and solutions businesses.
• Provide data-driven insights to improve the visibility of route, capacity type, and partner profitability.
• Governance & Financial Operations
• Manage the periodic invoice and cost review process, collaborating with Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure accuracy.
• Support Finance in ensuring accurate monthly accruals, revenue recognition, and cost allocation specific to freighter and 3P operations.
• Assist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for cost control and governance.
• Support the evaluation of commercial agreements to propose improvements in contract structures and commercial terms.
• Support process improvements, automation, and digital initiatives related to pricing and cost management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Aviation Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cost management, pricing, revenue management, financial analysis, or commercial finance, preferably within the airline, air cargo, or logistics industry.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and handling large datasets is essential.
