About the role…

ALP, an innovative firm specializing in logistics property development, is seeking an Account Executive to support our growing operations in Malaysia. The role’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to full set accounts, financial reporting, and compliance functions.

Internally, this role works closely with the finance team and contributes to both accounting operations and tax-related matters.

What you will do…

1. Reporting & Accounting Support

General Accounting

• Handle full set of accounts for small/medium companies and dormant companies
• Maintain proper documentation and filing for all accounting transactions

Accounts Payable (AP)

• Verify monthly AP reports for accuracy and payments

As a Senior Finance Data Analyst, you will leverage your expertise to directly impact the strategy, growth, and financial operations of our 16 markets by delivering actionable insights and advanced analytics and reporting solutions. Key responsibilities include:

Financial Reporting & Month-End Closing

Financial Reporting & Consolidation

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation of Group financial statements.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of consolidated financial reporting.

• Lending domain strongly preferred — credit card, BNPL, or personal loans. Terms like revolve rate, vintage analysis, and ECL contribution should be second nature, not new vocabulary
• Exposure to credit risk concepts (vintage analysis, ECL, delinquency) is a meaningful advantage
• Experience with customer lifecycle analytics: acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and churn

Preferred Qualifications
