• Requesting appropriate AML documentation from investors in MUFG administered funds;
• Liaising with investors and clients through written communication on a periodic basis until all appropriate AML documentation has been obtained;
• Maintaining an overview of complete and incomplete AML records and ensuring action is taken to complete all AML records;
• Timely follow up on pending AML requests keeping compliance with MUFG escalation and follow up procedures;
• Maintenance and safe keeping of AML files and trackers in line with MUFG’s data policies
• Liaising with internal Investor & Client Operations teams on a regular basis and responding to AML related queries
• Ensuring queries and emails, both internally and externally, are responded to in a timely and accurate manner;
• Clearing and/or investigating/verifying possible matches as generated by MUFG application used to screen investors and associated parties against sanctions list, adverse media and PEP association lists
• Handling and escalating complex queries and complaints in accordance with company policy;
• Preparing investor files for review by the Senior Manager, Compliance or MLRO;
• Any other ad-hoc duties, as requested;

About the Role

Riders are the operational backbone of our business. Because retaining an active rider is exponentially more cost-effective than acquiring a new one, this role is critical to our global efficiency and bottom line.

As the Senior Manager, Rider Retention, you will own the strategic oversight of rider reactivation and retention across all Pandora (foodpanda, Yemeksepeti, foodora) markets. You will spearhead the global rider retention and loyalty platform, manage multi-million dollar incentive budgets, and use advanced A/B testing to optimize our incentive structures. Your primary goal is to reduce rider churn, maximize the ROI of our reactivation campaigns, and drive up our overall reactivation to churn percentage. 

What You Will Do

• Pandora Reactivation Strategy: Design, spearhead, and execute rider reactivation campaigns across all Pandora markets.

• Budget & Target Ownership: Own the overarching rider incentive budgets. Set clear retention targets, allocate spend efficiently across markets, and ensure all initiatives align with company-wide profitability and efficiency goals.

• Loyalty Platform Leadership: Act as the central business owner for the global rider retention and loyalty platform, collaborating directly with Product, Tech, and local Ops teams to build features that keep riders engaged.

• Experimentation & Quest Optimization: Design and oversee robust A/B experiments to test various incentive structures. Tweak and continuously optimize "Quest" setups based on data to ensure we are driving the right behaviors without wasting budget.

• Deep Churn Analytics: Conduct advanced churn analysis to identify exactly why existing riders are leaving. Translate these insights into actionable, preventative strategies to reduce overall fleet attrition.

• Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the central point of contact (POC) for local markets on all rider retention topics.

This position will report to the VP of Customer Success based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring their success with TabSquare’s solutions.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business objectives and challenges.

• Drive product adoption and engagement by providing, best practices, and proactive recommendations.

• Monitor usage metrics, and identify opportunities for growth or improvement.

This role requires the successful candidate to:

• Have good understanding of Permanent Way and Railway infrastructure around it
• Plan, schedule, coordinate and carry out design of track alignment and perform supporting calculations,
• Perform concept, preliminary and detailed design as well as review the design and drawings
• Carry out and manage the design and on-time delivery.
• Help to develop the production of drawings, reports and specifications
• Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to ensure successfully delivery of the tasks/project.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team,
• Be able to use industry software and tools to drive efficiencies.  
• Provide specialized technical input to studies and design for rail projects
• Develop study and design procedures to facilitate high quality cost effective work by others.
• Participate in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years recruiting external passive candidates for clients and will have experience managing a portfolio of 10-12 searches at a given time across all levels and disciplines.

The successful candidate will support the Talent Acquisition Lead in the SEA region and will be responsible purely in candidate sourcing, Given our growth, you must be comfortable in functioning in a fast paced environment and will be skilled in delivering quality candidates to the business.

The Candidate will have experience either as a Corporate Recruiter or with a search firm. The preferred sector experience will be in Construction industry, preferably data center or semiconductor sector. A plus will be to have experience with global companies and recruiting for multiple roles per project. 

Job Responsibilities:

The Recruiter will be responsible for working with the Talent Acquisition Lead to source and screen candidates using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools such as internet services, job board posting, networking, career/job fairs and professional organizations.

This position plays an integral role in building the company's talent pipeline requiring the successful candidate to have great interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term candidate relationships.  

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage the candidate search process by implementing external sourcing strategies and assessing candidates.
• Build the market pipeline of candidates to fill vacancies and proposal needs.
• Develop interview protocols; accurately track applicants and candidates ensuring compliance with all applicable Federal and State employment laws.
• Perform reference verifications and facilitate a smooth transition from the recruitment process to the on-boarding process.
