Huraian Kerja :

• Mengurus dan memimpin pasukan pekerja gudang untuk memastikan pemenuhan pesanan pelanggan yang tepat pada masanya dan cekap

Keperluan :

• Calon mesti mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya Diploma, Ijazah atau setaraf.

• Fasih berbahasa Inggeris, Bahasa Malaysia

Job Description:

•  Manage and lead a team of warehouse associates to ensure the timely and efficient fulfillment of customer orders
• Manage daily warehousing duties
• Planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt & transfer client goods.
• To plan proper layout and warehouse space planning using company warehouse management system.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize inventory management
• Implement best practices and procedures to ensure safe and efficient warehouse operations
•  Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, warehouse activities, and employee performance
• Train and develop warehouse associates to improve their skills and performance
• Responding to and dealing with internal stake holder communication by email and telephone
•  Overseeing the planned maintenance & ensuring good utilization practices of material handling equipment, storage racks & other facilities provided.

Requirements:

• Candidate must prossess at least a Diploma, Degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse management or a related field
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia

Peranan ini berfungsi sebagai orang yang bertanggungjawab dalam Akaun Utama dan memberi tumpuan kepada pelaksanaan runcit dalam saluran farmasi.

Huraian Kerja

• Mengurus dan menyelaras dengan rangkaian runcit farmasi seperti Guardian dan Watsons
• Melaksanakan aktiviti di kedai termasuk penyenaraian produk, penjualan dan promosi
• Berkoordinasi dengan pengedar dan pasukan kedai untuk memastikan pelaksanaan pelan jualan yang betul
• Jejaki dan uruskan data jualan asas (jual masuk / habis) dengan analisis mudah

• Membantu dalam melaksanakan kempen pemasaran di peringkat kedai

• Bertanggungjawab untuk berhubung dengan rangkaian farmasi seperti Guardian dan Watsons.

• Berkoordinasi dengan pengedar dan kedai untuk memastikan dasar jualan dilaksanakan dengan berkesan.
• Urus data jualan asas (jualan masuk / jualan habis) dan lakukan analisis serta maklum balas yang mudah.
• Membantu pelancaran produk baharu, pengurusan bahan dan pengesanan inventori.

Keperluan Kerja

• 1–2 tahun pengalaman dalam industri peruncitan/FMCG/penjagaan kesihatan luar talian (saluran farmasi diutamakan)
• Pengalaman bekerja dengan rangkaian farmasi seperti Guardian/Watsons adalah satu kelebihan yang kukuh
• Pemahaman asas tentang operasi runcit (penyenaraian, penjualan terus, penjualan, promosi)
• Mahir dalam Excel / Google Sheets untuk pengesanan data dan analisis asas

This role functions as the Key Account person in charge and focusing on retail execution within pharmacy channels.

Job Descriptions

• Manage and coordinate with pharmacy retail chains such as Guardian and Watsons
• Execute in-store activities including product listing, merchandising, and promotions
• Coordinate with distributors and store teams to ensure proper execution of sales plans
• Track and manage basic sales data (sell-in / sell-out) with simple analysis
• Support new product launches, POSM management, and inventory tracking
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns at store level

Job Requirements

• Experience working with pharmacy chains such as Guardian / Watsons is a strong advantage
• Basic understanding of retail operations (listing, sell-through, merchandising, promotions)
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets for data tracking and basic analysis
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin), able to handle daily communication, emails, and reporting independently
• Strong communication and execution skills, with the ability to coordinate across distributors, stores, and internal teams
