About the role

As a Project Supervisor (M&E) at Hong Poh Engineering Construction Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of mechanical and electrical (M&E) construction projects at our Penang-based worksites. • Responsible for Engineering Design by using AutoCAD software.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations
• Maintain and organize company records, documents, and filing systems
• Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors/suppliers
• Manage correspondence (emails, phone calls, letters)
• Assist in preparing reports, quotations, and invoices
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
• Support other departments when required

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Conversant in English and Bahasa Melaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive attitude

Working Condition and Physical Environment

• Working hours from 830am-6pm, Monday to Friday

• 確保及時提供設計方案。
• 進行分析和測試，以確保設計符合規範。
• 參與設計評審並根據需要提供技術支援。

• 負責與專案經理/專案主管合作，準備完整的投標書。
• 請確保按時提交完整的投標書。

機電工程實習生成本會計管理

• 根據客戶要求建立準確且有競爭力的報價，並與專案工程師 (PE) 聯絡，以確保滿足客戶需求。
• 定期查看並及時回覆客戶郵件，保持專業的溝通。
• 務必按時將所有報價發送給客戶。
• 及時向客戶提供最新的公關報價。
• 準備並彙總部門所需的每月報告。
• 維護一份最新的待處理客戶採購訂單 (PO) 清單。
• 負責支付專案或工程所需的CIDB稅費和合約印花稅。
• 根據上級指示，不時承擔其他相關工作。
• 一般行政工作包括文件歸檔、打字、檢查和協調合約/保函的蓋章。

QS實習生

• 協助編制專案成本估算和預算。
• 協助編制和評估招標文件。
• 進行現場考察，以監督進度並測量數量。
• 與團隊合作完成各項品質保證任務。

人力資源及行政實習生

• 協助招募和入職流程。
• 支持員工敬業度和發展計畫。
• 協助維護員工記錄和人力資源資料庫。
• 與人力資源團隊合作完成各種專案和任務。
