• Insurance Programme Management: Partner with business teams to identify insurable risks and ensure appropriate insurance coverage is maintained. • Insurance Experience: At least 4 years of experience in insurance management, claims handling, risk management, insurance broking, or a related field. Prior experience in logistics, aviation, supply chain, or e-commerce industries is highly preferred.
• Claims & Policy Knowledge: Strong understanding of insurance policies, claims processes, and stakeholder management across insurers, brokers, and internal teams.

About the Role

This is a dual-channel commercial role responsible for running both the sales and supply sides of Carousell Mobile Malaysia's online operations. The role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to be based in the Malaysia, who can drive forward our marketing services as a critical part of Intrepid’s overall business. This person will own the relationships with a variety of our leading Brand partners, manage best-in-class digital marketing and execute campaigns that are aligned with our client’s objectives and help them seize the full potential of e-commerce-driven digital marketing. 

Marketing Services include paid performance marketing, e-commerce platform ads, and social commerce for our clients.

As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will take charge of 

• Setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns to drive key KPI metrics across ecomm marketplaces (Shopee and Lazada), SEM (Google Shopping), and social media (Collaborative/CPAS).
• Work closely with client teams to develop marketing plans and KPIs, as well as ongoing reporting
• Manage revenue delivery and budget spending, including daily optimization and providing real-time targeting recommendations

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or any related fields
• 1-2 years (digital) marketing/e-commerce marketing experience, either working with e-commerce platforms or a marketing role in a media agency/e-commerce enabler/distributor
• Extensive knowledge of Google Ads OR eCommerce Marketplace Search Ads essential (i.e. Lazada, Shopee)
• Experience in Facebook and Tik Tok  Ads is a plus
• Experienced in media planning, setting, and managing budgets, optimizing ad performance, and negotiating with 3rd parties
• Experience in tracking (e-commerce tracking, Google analytics, Google tag manager,  Facebook Pixel tracking, UTM, 3rd Party Ad Serving (Campaign Manager))

MerchantSpring is launching a new commercial division focused on its API offering. We are looking for a Technical Account Executive to bridge the gap between the technology and sales teams.

In the early stages, you will be the main commercial owner for API opportunities. This involves leading customers through technical discovery, solution scoping, demos, qualification, proposals, and customer handover. Working closely with leadership, product, engineering, and customer-facing teams, you will turn API demand into a well-oiled sales funnel.

Along the way, you will play a key role in winning early customers, refining the go-to-market approach, and establishing the internal playbook. As the business grows, there will be pathways into leadership, mentoring future hires, and shaping the operating model for the team.
