Sales & Business Development

• Assist in identifying and developing new air cargo opportunities.
• Support the generation of qualified leads and contribute to closing deals with key accounts.

Qualifications & Experience

These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role :

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in air freight, freight forwarding, or logistics sales support.
• Strong understanding of air cargo processes, airline booking systems, and key documentation (e.g., AWB, MAWB/HAWB).
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, collaborative, and problem-solving mindset.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

The Cargo Sales Senior Executive plays a key role in supporting Turkish Cargo’s daily sales activities, rate management, and booking operations. The role ensures timely and accurate handling of customer enquiries, reservations, and partner airline coordination to deliver efficient cargo movement and maintain service quality.
