Tugas & tanggungjawab

Tanggungjawab Kewangan & Perakaunan

• Mengendalikan set lengkap akaun, termasuk Akaun Belum Bayar (AP), Akaun Belum Terima (AR), Lejar Am (GL) dan penyelarasan bank.
• Mengurus dan memproses e-Invois mengikut keperluan LHDN.
• Pantau akaun pelanggan dan susulan baki tertunggak, dan sediakan laporan penuaan AR mingguan.
• Sediakan dan siarkan entri perakaunan, jurnal dan jadual sokongan dengan tepat dan tepat pada masanya.

Requirements :

• Graduate in Environmental/ Health/ Safety/ Science or equivalent.
• 5 years’ experience in the field of Environmental Management.

Tasks & responsibilities

Finance & Accounting Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
• Manage and process e-Invoicing in compliance with LHDN requirements.
• Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances, and prepare weekly AR ageing reports.
• Prepare and post accounting entries, journals, and supporting schedules accurately and timely.
• Prepare petty cash claims, staff claims and utility payments.
• Manage bank facilities, banking matters and overseas payments.
• Support overall Finance and Accounting operations and transactions.
• Responsible for accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing of management accounts.

Job description:

• Act as a secretary for HSE committee meeting and prepare minute of meetings and monthly reports to Management
• To develop HSE Legal Register to address all HSE legal requirements applicable at workplace & site.

Job Scope:

• Perform all statutory duties as a registered Safety & Health Officer (SHO) in accordance with DOSH requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Payroll Support: 
• Maintain accurate and timely payroll input data (new hires, leavers, promotions, allowances).
• Perform checks on HRIS changes to ensure payroll implications are accurate. 
• Run payroll simulation or pre-validation when required to ensure data accuracy. 
• Support payroll specialist with leave-related calculations. 

• Medical Benefits Administrations: 
• Administer employee benefits (enrolment, termination, changes).
• Manage claim escalations and assist in renewal.  
• Maintain benefits SOPs and track utilisation reports for insights and audits. 
• Leave Administrations & Management: 
• Review and approve leave requests that require HR validation (exceptions, manual entries, backdated submissions). 
• Manage year end leave carry-forward calculations. 
• Ensure accurate setup of public holidays across the countries (validate that country public holiday calendars align with local labor law).
• Coordinate changes immediately when the government announces special holidays. 
• Expense Claim Administration: 
• Audit employee expense claims for policy compliance.
• Review supporting documentation and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to employee queries regarding expense claims and escalations.

Key Competencies & Skills

• Hands-on experience with payroll and HRIS systems (preferably Workday).
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting, and data analysis.
• High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive data.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and process compliance.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of payroll experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a dependable and enthusiastic IT Support Officer to join our IT team at our Petaling Jaya branch. This is an entry-level role ideal for a fresh graduate eager to grow in a hands-on environment. You will be the first point of contact for day-to-day IT matters, ensuring our internal teams can work smoothly and efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•     Provide first-line IT support to internal staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner.

•     Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of computers, printers, and peripheral devices for new and existing employees.

•     Support the installation and basic administration of business applications including Microsoft 365 and assist users with day-to-day operational queries.

•     Assist in managing user accounts and access rights, including provisioning, modification, and deactivation across internal systems.

About the Role

This position plays a critical role in ensuring full compliance with Malaysian and international trade regulations, with a strong focus on Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) compliance and Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) program management. You will also oversee end-to-end logistics operations, contributing to efficiency, cost optimization, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Trade Compliance Leadership

• Act as the company representative with Malaysian Customs, MITI, and regulatory bodies
• Manage import/export permits, HS classification, export licensing, and Certificates of Origin
• Conduct compliance audits, maintain accurate records, and monitor regulatory updates
• Develop and deliver internal compliance training programs

LMW & AEO Oversight

• Ensure full adherence to LMW requirements and customs duty regulations
• Lead implementation and continuous improvement of AEO standards
• Maintain accurate product classification databases in ERP systems (e.g., SAP)

Logistics Operations

• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, including freight forwarders and 3PL coordination
• Ensure timely and accurate shipping documentation
• Drive warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and KPI performance
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with logistics partners

Continuous Improvement

• Identify and implement process improvements in logistics and compliance
• Support cost optimization initiatives and reporting
• Promote best practices across logistics and compliance functions
