Qualifications & Experience

Outbound & CRM Operations

• Build and manage Apollo prospecting sequences for the sales team, including persona targeting, messaging, and sequence logic

• Produce pipeline analytics dashboards to support weekly and monthly reporting

Market Research & Insights

• Monitor the competitive and regulatory landscape across key markets

Experience

• 3–5 years in product marketing, growth marketing, or a combined role, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• A strong marketeer with a proven track record of building market-leading brands, developing and implementing integrated brand campaigns to drive business growth. Has a strong ability to project manage, lead cross-functional collaboration, manage budgets and timelines, synthesise stakeholder inputs, and communicate with clarity and structure.
• Passionate about brand building, taking pride in crafting impactful, memorable campaigns that drive strong brand recall and market resonance.
• Data-driven, using logic and data to inform messaging, channel mix, and initiatives while tracking key metrics for continuous improvement.
• Takes a customer-centric approach and understands shifting consumer needs, pain points, and opportunities within the local financial ecosystem.
• Proven track record in brand marketing, with at least 5-7 years' experience, driving impactful campaigns and building strong consumer brands.
• Strong campaign and project management skills - experienced in leading cross-functional teams, agencies, and multiple stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of channel marketing strategy:
• Knows how to design and execute channel plans that amplify brand campaigns.
• Skilled in leveraging KOL/influencer collaborations, digital advertising (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), and content partnerships to maximise reach and engagement.
