The role

We are looking for someone who sits at the intersection of marketplace and customer operations, ensuring smooth and accurate order processing across TikTok Shop and the LB e-commerce channel. You will manage cancellations, returns, refunds, and inventory accuracy while maintaining precise SAP documentation. A key focus is safeguarding the company through proper handling of payment disputes and timely customer notifications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Accounts and Customer Service, to keep operations running seamlessly.
