Mengenai pekerjaan itu

Jawatan ini bersifat tetap di peringkat Eksekutif kanan. Tujuan utama peranan ini adalah untuk memberi bantuan dan sokongan kepada Pengurus Kewangan dalam membantu dalam akaun pengurusan bulanan untuk beberapa kedai di seluruh negara.

Walau bagaimanapun, tanggungjawab kerja secara keseluruhan adalah seperti berikut:

· Bertanggungjawab untuk penyediaan set lengkap akaun, laporan pengurusan.

·Mengurus transaksi harian perakaunan am dan analisis B/S dan P&L bulanan.

·Menjalankan semakan analitikal akaun untung rugi dan kunci kira-kira, termasuk analisis trend, semakan pusat kos.

Mengenai Calon

Calon untuk jawatan perakaunan kanan ini mesti memiliki sekurang-kurangnya kelayakan Diploma dalam Perakaunan atau setaraf Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam Perakaunan. Calon hendaklah mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya tiga hingga lima tahun pengalaman perakaunan yang bekerja dalam persekitaran industri runcit atau F&B. Pengalaman perakaunan terdahulu dalam industri F&B atau katering/hospitaliti akan menjadi satu kelebihan yang besar. Selain kemahiran Perakaunan, calon yang mempunyai kemahiran Excel dan Matematik yang kukuh adalah penting.

The job

Reporting to and work closely with the Group HR Manager, this role encompasses all employee levels within the organization. • Keep track of regulatory changes and notifications from regulator, perform gap analysis and work with stakeholders to implement processes
• Review and updating of compliance policies and procedures
• Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Business, Product and Operational Units, as well as any relevant external stakeholders in regard to compliance matters
• Help with inspections, filings, surveys and regulatory communications
• Reporting and escalation to Group Compliance, as needed
• Support the Director of Compliance with regional initiatives and handle any other compliance tasks as required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Law, Business, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in compliance within financial institutions; experience in fintech or payments is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysia regulatory requirements (BNM, AMLA, etc.) and international compliance standards including sanctions.
• Strong ability to balance business growth with regulatory requirements, offering pragmatic recommendations
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Experience in payments regulations across South East Asia is a strong advantage
