The Project Engineer will report to the Lead Engineer with a dotted line to the Project Manager.

Job Description

As a Project Engineer, you will have strong skills in work-plan development and progress tracking. The Project Engineer will schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion. You must be an outstanding communicator, exceptional leader and even better strategist. You will also prepare and present updates regularly to relevant management channels.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Establish application requirements and liaise with stakeholders for documents preparation and compliance to local authority guidelines and regulations but not limited to the Local Council, DOE, DOSH, CIDB, Bomba, TNB, Safety Officer and others prior work commencement.
• Assist site engineer in establishing project plan, objectives, procedures, data collection methodology and performance standards within parameters of corporate policy ensuring compliance with standards and specifications for quality control and assurance.
• Oversee budgetary, scheduling, project databases and reporting to the management channels on regular basis as well as on identification of potential issues that could significantly affect cost or schedule.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with Project Team, Client, Consultant and Contractors to ensure timely project completion within allocated budget whilst adhering to the safety hazards.
• •Establish and review engineering drawings, blueprints and specification whilst staying on top of the dynamic design engineering trends and cutting-edge technologies and establish framework with various departments for a seamless collaboration in the biogas environment.
• Coordinate and management of procurement and logistics for construction materials, fabrication items and equipment whilst ensuring their compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including progress reports, site diaries, change orders and quality control measures.
• Walk the talk, train the trainer, attend to punch list, conduct inspection and obtain COA signed by the client to mark end of the biogas project milestone for construction and commissioning phase.
• Review engineering deliverables with project team upon project completion and initiate appropriate corrective actions for future project implementation.

Skills and Qualifications Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Bio-Tech / Mechanical engineering from an accredited university or college.
• 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer with excellent project management and supervision skills.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project and Auto-Cad is a must.
• Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards and best practices is preferred.
• Ability to travel extensively with good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.

Job Description

PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

• Make sure production department can on time delivery product to customer.
• Preparing the production schedule for Mr Ham, Record every production department output daily.

PURCHASER

• Always monitor the material (Ink,Baseboard, Carton, Glue, Belt, Packing Material, etc) of production department, order before out of stock to make sure production run smoothly.
• Do the comparison table between supplier before order (New material/sparepart). Get approval from Mr Ham only can order.
• Preparing PO to supplier and let Mr Ham/Ashton Sign. Follow up PO to make sure material arrive on time.

ADMIN

• Preparing report every week/ month for Mr Ham & Sales Team. (Sales Report weekly, Actual Sales Report Monthly, Contract Report Monthly, Stock Report Monthly, Aeon delivery report ...etc)
• Preparing Sales order when receive customer purchase order to let Evon create Jobsheet for Production.
• Preparing DO & Invoice in SQL for delivery.
• Update stock balance everytime delivery in sharefile.
• Stock in with SQL system every time receive the completed jobsheet.
• Always monitor stock balance to make sure enough stock to delivery, if not enough must proceed production.
• Get customer/supplier detail to open new account. (Ask customer / supplier filling up new application form attach with Form 9 or business document)
• Create New Stock Code at SQL when receive new brand order.
• Control Petty Cash.

LOGISTIC COORDINAOR

• Arrange delivery on time.
• Accept Aeon PO VIA Aeon System & Booking Aeon DC Delivery VIA B2B system. (2 or 3 Times @ month
• Make sure delivery rate must be below our delivery costings

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support our daily admin operations, SQL system records, invoicing process, and operation coordination.

This role is responsible for ensuring all order, delivery, invoice, payment, and receipt records are entered accurately and supported by proper documents.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Trade Support Analyst for the Cotton Platform, you will be a part of the Global SBS Commercial Service Line Team. Reporting to SBS Commodity Management Operation Manager, this rôle is responsible for providing operational support for the Domestic & International Supply Chain in various scopes including contract management, master data management, commercial invoicing, cash management, stock data reconciliation & declaration, and client service management. This rôle needs to provide support to the Cotton Platform for various markets, mainly Australia, and other important markets (China, etc).  

Main Responsibilities: 

Contract Management: 

• Perform daily trade capture and system entry  

• Perform daily trade confirmation, monitoring, and reconciliation (completeness/coherence check) 

• Perform daily contract document reception/issuing, monitoring, and signature 

• Issue contracts after trades are validated and verify accuracy between contracts issued/received in database; recognize discrepancies and communicate with the trading desk  

• Perform daily price fixation and input in the Front Office System 

• Perform daily price fixation note management 

• Conduct regular contract updates in the Front Office System 

Invoicing and Cash Management: 

• Handle the daily goods’ invoices issuance

Stock Data Management: 

• Handle the stock insurance declaration 

• Upload the daily/weekly warehouse report in the Front Office System 

• Perform stock reconciliation against warehouse receipts 

• Maintain/Match cotton batch attributes in Cotton Receiving System (CRS) 

• Maintain and update the specific data delivery in the system, ensuring accuracy of delivery details and preferences 

• Manage individual requirements and order history records 

Client Service Management: 

• Act as the key point of contact on any of the Client’s orders, ensuring proactive and professional communication 

• Manage administrative counterparty requests such as payment status, contracts & invoices documents, account statements reconciliation, etc  

• Address clients’ inquiries and provide order status updates, shipping details, and documentation support 

• Record clients’ claims/complaints and provide feedback after identifying resolution

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations / Logistics Intern to support daily operational activities and cross-functional coordination. This role provides hands-on exposure to order processing, logistics coordination, stock monitoring, system updates, and process improvement projects within a multinational corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Order & System Support

• Access customer portals and upload customer orders into the Bosch system.
• Upload and update customer forecasts in the Bosch system.

Operations & Logistics Coordination

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will serve as the bridge between Client Success and Engineering, owning the investigation and management of complex technical issues, data discrepancies, integrations, and platform-related concerns.

You will work closely with frontline Client Success Agents, Relationship Managers, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure issues are accurately diagnosed, properly documented, and efficiently resolved. Responsibilities

Technical Investigations

• Investigate complex platform issues and client-reported discrepancies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS technical support, technical customer success, implementation support, or a similar technical client-facing role.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting integrations, APIs, data issues, or other technical platform problems.
• Comfortable working with Intercom or similar ticketing systems.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong written documentation skills for technical support work and great attention to detail.
• Experience within eCommerce, marketplaces, digital commerce, retail media, or SaaS environments
• Standard business hours aligned closely to Melbourne time zones with flexibility to support global client investigations where required.
