Leadership can be a real mixed bag

The quality of leadership is super inconsistent across teams. Some senior folks seem totally out of touch with real refinery operations challenges. Decisions often take forever, slowing down important projects.
Really work on developing consistent, strong leadership at all levels. Senior management needs to stay more connected to the day-to-day operations and the challenges their teams face.
