Micropinnacle Technology is a decent big tech company, but their work flexibility is kinda mixed. It really depends on your specific team and manager, which isn't always great for work-life balance.
You can usually get some WFH days, which is a big plus. For some engineering roles, a 2-3 day hybrid model is common. It's nice not being totally onsite in the Seattle office every single day.
True remote isn't really an option for most people. As a Software Engineer, you're usually expected in the office a few days a week. The official policy says flexible, but it's not consistent across teams, which is frustrating.
