Leadership's okay, but communication could be better
Working at Devex, especially as a Content Editor, has some good points like the mission and the remote setup. But honestly, leadership could use some work. It's a mixed bag.

Try to communicate more proactively and clearly, especially on strategic shifts. Inconsistent direction from leadership makes it hard for teams, like those in editorial, to stay aligned.
