Pros: Working as a Beauty Consultant here is pretty chill. You get to learn a lot about high-end skincare products. It's a stable onsite job if you like retail work in Manila.
Cons: But for career growth, it's really tough. There aren't many opportunities to move up from a sales associate role. You don't see much internal promotion for beauty product roles.
Advice to Management: Management should create clearer paths for advancement, especially for long-term Beauty Consultants. It'd help with employee retention.
