Great Flexibility, Zero Team Culture for Remote Work
It's a solid platform if you need ultra-flexibility, but don't expect much community. You're mostly on your own, which works for some.
The best part is definitely the work flexibility. As an AI Trainer, I can set my own hours completely, which is huge. It's perfect if you need a flexible WFH setup for your schedule.
The company culture here is pretty much non-existent. You're part of the gig economy, so there's not much interaction or support. It can feel really isolating, like you're just doing data labeling tasks alone.
Try to create more avenues for interaction, even for remote contractors. A little more personalized communication could go a long way to make people feel less isolated and more connected to the company's mission in AI training data.
