Hybrid model is fine, could be better
Novartis has a decent hybrid work model for some roles, but don't expect full flexibility. It's a big corporate environment so rules are pretty set, especially for a Clinical Research Associate.

There are mandated office days, usually three days a week in the East Hanover, NJ office. This limits true flexibility for a Clinical Research Associate. Sometimes I wish it was more flexible.
