Decent culture, but watch out for silos.
I've been a Project Manager at Nordic Global in their Seattle office for a few years. It's a pretty standard corporate environment. The culture is mostly okay, but it has its ups and downs like any big company. We mostly use a hybrid work model.
The team I worked with directly as a Project Manager was solid. We collaborated well on software development projects. There are decent benefits, and people are generally helpful.
Company culture can feel a bit fragmented. There's not much cross-departmental interaction sometimes. It gets tough to get things done when teams operate in silos.
Try to break down some of the departmental walls. Foster more interaction across different teams to improve overall collaboration.
