Tough on flexibility, decent pay for big tech

The compensation package is pretty solid for a big tech company. You're working on interesting, large-scale projects, especially if you're into social media and algorithm development. There's a lot of talent here to learn from, which is good for any Software Engineer.
Work flexibility is a real struggle, especially with the strict onsite requirements in the Mountain View office. They really push for in-office work, so remote work policies are not great. It's tough to balance personal life with the demanding schedule.
