Pay and Benefits are Just Okay Here

My experience with Devoteam's pay and benefit package was just average during my time. As an IT Consultant, I hoped for more competitive compensation growth. The core benefits are there, but don't expect much beyond the basics for consulting roles.


Pros

The initial salary for an IT Consultant in the Paris office felt decent. They offer some standard health benefits, which is fine. It's a mid-sized consulting firm, so you get some stability.


Cons

Raises are pretty small, often not keeping up with inflation. The bonus structure for tech projects isn't very transparent. Don't expect big perks compared to larger IT consulting companies.
