Culture's Decent, But Could Be Better Here
It's an okay place to work, honestly. There's a lot of potential, but some things really hold it back for software developers here.
The team members are really supportive. As a software developer, I've had good interactions with peers and they're always willing to help out. We had some fun virtual team events, which was nice for remote employees.
Management doesn't always seem to understand the engineering side of things. It's tough to get clear direction on complex IT projects sometimes. The culture also feels a bit disconnected if you're not physically in the Atlanta, GA office.
Management should really listen to their technical teams more often. Better communication about project roadmaps would help a lot with overall morale and transparency, especially for those working remotely.
