The projects are usually interesting, giving good exposure to different business problems and datasets. It's a stable environment overall.
Cons: Project timelines can get a bit tight sometimes, meaning occasional busy periods. The internal communication flow could be improved, especially between different teams. Also, the approval process for new software can be slow.
Advice to Management: Focus on streamlining internal communication channels and reviewing project approval processes to enhance efficiency and reduce occasional crunch times for employees.

Pros: The projects in business intelligence are really interesting. I learned a lot about advanced predictive modeling techniques. My immediate team members are super supportive, especially working in our hybrid work setup.

Advice to Management: Consider offering more fully remote positions, especially for senior analytics roles. Trust your employees to do the work, regardless of location. The current hybrid setup is good, but many people in the data analytics industry are looking for full flexibility now.
