Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors, and ensure timely payment of invoices.
  • To maintain proper records of all payments to suppliers, sub-contractors and other creditors.
  • To check on staff expenses claim, advance payment and ensures correctness and completeness of supporting documents.
  • Maintain proper record and organisation of filling system.
  • To handle and manage staff payroll, EPF, Socso, EIS, leaves and all relevant records of the Company.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • 2 years relevant working experience.
  • Diploma in accounting or similar professional certification (LCCI, CAT, etc) will be an added advantage.
  • Possess knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
  • Familiar with Microsoft office (MS Excel, MS Word).
  • Knowledge in Auto Count and other payroll software will be an added advantage.
  • Organisation and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
