Key Responsibilities:

Develop Marketing Strategies:

    • Collaborate with senior management to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
    • Conduct market research to identify target demographics, trends, and competitors.
    • Utilize insights from market research to tailor marketing campaigns effectively.

Brand Management:

    • Maintain and enhance the company's brand image across all marketing channels.
    • Ensure branding guidelines are implemented to ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity.
    • Monitor brand performance and adjust strategies as needed to maintain relevance and competitiveness.

Digital Marketing:

    • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media marketing, email campaigns, and online advertising.
    • Analyze digital marketing metrics to evaluate campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum effectiveness.
    • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies to identify new opportunities for growth.

Content Creation:

    • Create compelling content for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, videos, and blog posts as well as social media
    • Must be able to create content in Chinese social media platforms
    • Ensure that all content is tailored to resonate with the target audience and effectively communicates the benefits of our senior living services.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality content that aligns with brand guidelines.

Community Engagement:

    • Establish and maintain relationships with local communities, senior centers, healthcare providers, and other relevant organizations.
    • Organize events, workshops, and informational sessions to raise awareness of our services and foster community engagement.
    • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, roadshows and events and networking events to promote our brand and build professional connections.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

    • Track the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives using relevant KPIs and analytics tools.
    • Prepare regular reports detailing key findings, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
    • Present findings to senior management and stakeholders, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making as well as work together with Sales Team for lead generation activities

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the senior living industry or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and branding.
    • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) will be an added advantage
    • Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) preferred.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
    • Passion for serving seniors and improving their quality of life.
